Welcome to CabRide! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the website, mobile application, and any other services provided by CabRide (hereafter collectively referred to as “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.

4. Booking and Cancellation

CabRide allows you to book rides through our Services. When you book a ride, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Confirm that you are ready to be picked up at the scheduled time.
  • Cancel rides within the specified cancellation period to avoid cancellation fees, if applicable.

CabRide reserves the right to cancel a booking at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the requested service cannot be fulfilled, for safety reasons, or if the passenger does not comply with these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for rides booked through CabRide must be made through our accepted payment methods. You agree to pay all applicable fees that are posted on the Service, including any taxes and fees. All payment transactions are processed securely. Please note:

  • All fares, taxes, and fees are subject to change.
  • If you fail to pay any amount due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and charges incurred during your use of our Services.

6. User Conduct

You are responsible for your conduct while using our Services. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities.
  • Use the Services for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any drivers, passengers, or any other individuals.
  • Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.

Any violation of this section may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as potential legal action.

7. Driver-Dependent Services

CabRide is not a transportation provider. We simply connect passengers with independent drivers. While we take steps to ensure that our drivers are qualified and reputable, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of their services. Passengers assume all risks when using a ride-sharing service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabRide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our Services. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access or use our Services.

In no event shall CabRide’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the ride in question.
